Alford Hub would like to thank all the Alford Hub volunteers, Anglian Water, Vodaphone, Safelincs and Platform Housing. Without you all this would not have been possible.
In addition to this Alford Hub ran daily Warm Spaces, with free warm refreshments and information and support signposting.
Alford Hub is delighted to be asked to part of a county wide panel, with representatives from key organisations, local government of all levels, faith organisations and the corporate sector.
This unique panel was the brainchild of the High Sheriff of Lincolnshire for 2022/2023 Tim Strawson; who could see the value in bringing together all sectors of the community for a uniform response to the winter cost of living crisis.
The panel is working together to distribute Warm packs across the county of Lincolnshire during the winter of 2023/2024. In addition to the Warm packs, the panel will support Warm spaces within communities across the county ensuring that the voluntary organisation is supported both physically and financially to offer the service to their community.
